Dentistry

Mountainside Hospital Department of Dentistry's mission is to educate General Practice Residents, and to provide comprehensive and emergency dental services. Our hospital mission is to provide high quality, cost effective care to all those we serve.

The department was established in 1930 and has provided continuous dental service to the community since that time.

The modern facility includes six operatories designed for four-handed dentistry. All rooms are equipped with radiographic capabilities and rotary endodontic instrumentation. The hospital operating room suites have mobile equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of general dental, pediatric dentistry and oral surgical care. Our newest enhancement has been digital radiography.
